The biggest issues we ever faced was the shipping - and that was by a US company. We are a professional company offering design and sourcing for kitchens and baths across the USA. We deal with many manufacturers - domestic and import. J&K is my go-to for GREAT cabinets and I always get massive customer service. They ask about my family - we share stories.
